An AI architecture for human-led sales

Light Enterprises builds personalised sales experiences for brands such as Marriott and Hilton. Barrington led a discovery and solution-architecture phase that validated data readiness and AI feasibility, and delivered a modular intelligence framework designed to integrate directly into Light’s Generator platform.

The challenge

Hospitality sales rely on human connection, yet much of the decision-making is intuitive and unstructured. Light wanted systems that could predict which offers a guest would accept, personalise proposals in real time and automate the financial reasoning behind each offer — without losing trust or empathy.

What we did

Through stakeholder workshops and technical modelling we defined a modular intelligence framework spanning three tiers of capability.

  • Predictive analytics for forecasting and segmentation.
  • Generative intelligence for personalised communication and proposal creation.
  • Agentic systems for autonomous reasoning, optimisation and coaching.
  • Architecture designed to integrate directly into the Generator platform, keeping human judgement central.

The outcome

The discovery confirmed commercial and technical viability, demonstrated measurable predictive and generative potential in early data validation, and gave Light a scalable, deployable blueprint that strengthens its position as a data-empowered leader in hospitality sales enablement.

Barrington helped us define a clear and achievable AI vision that connects the power of data with the art of human sales. Their solution framework showed how predictive, generative, and agentic intelligence can work together to elevate our client experience.
